December 2013 - April 2014 - Staff Consultation

Thank you to all those who attended the recent staff awareness sessions. You can view the Q&As from these sessions and all the replies to the staff consultation here.

The staff consultation is now complete.  A full report on the staff consultation will be publicised shortly.

We are also interested to hear from staff who may be interested in volunteering for:

  • Voluntary redundancy (subject to approval).
  • Voluntary premature retirement in the interests of efficiency of the service (subject to approval).
  • A job share arrangement with a colleague.  (Please note that this option will be considered as future structures, posts and   roles become clearer).
  • A reduction in working hours.  (Please note that this option will be considered as future structures, posts and roles become clearer).
